Caleb Soto is a renowned local Head chef  Founders Restaurant and Inn. He is classically trained and has many years of experience coming from Nevada. His deep Mexican roots and knowledge of fresh ingredients have allowed him to expertly curate our 5 course infused Cannadish menu.

The Hemp Source and chef Caleb Soto invite you to indulge in a culinary journey of delicious fresh spring food with the elevated experience of THC-infused dishes and cocktails all set in an enchanting and intimate spring night inspired setting.

The CannaDish Cannabis Dinner

Course1

Halibut Crudo

Thin sliced halibut served in a chilled infused melon lime broth with infused agave syrup.
 

Course 2

Peach and Burrata

Cold smoked burrata, grilled peaches, croissant croutons, infused balsamic vinaigrette and glaze.
 

Course 3

Ravioli

House made ricotta raviolis, sautéed spring vegetables in an infused herb butter finished with truffle oil.

Couse 4

New York Strip

Seared New York Strip steak with in fused seasoned butter, fried marble potato cake, asparagus purée with a horseradish foam and red wine Demi.
 

Course 5

Mango crème brûlée

Fresh mango with a roasted pine nut and infused mint crumble.
